The Bonza Seedbank help centre is an elegant customer service system for dealing with customer requests, questions or support enquiries through a variety of channels such as email, web, social, phone and chat.


It provides our customers and users with an easy way to help themselves by quickly finding the answers to many commonly asked questions enabling us to minimise the frustration that can be caused by queue handling times.


Any general information that cannot be found on the help portal can be requested by generating a "support ticket" which is forwarded to one of our service agents and then dealt with accordingly.  There's more information on the ticket system here.
