We will not ship to any country with an address different to the country associated with the billing / credit card address.

In the event that we receive an order where this is the case then we will contact you to request an alternative method of payment and/or to arrange a refund of any payment that has already been received.

In such cases you may either agree to us shipping to your billing address or you can re-order with a card that can be verified against your preferred shipping address.

We will always email you requesting this information and we will allow 5 working days for you to respond. If you do not respond then we will automatically despatch your order to your billing address.

We cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by you (the customer) having entered your email address incorrectly.
