If you miss your delivery and fail to collect it or rearrange delivery from your local mail centre within an allotted period the mail carrier will endeavour to return the goods to us.  


In this scenario, and where we receive the returned shipment, we will notify you and ask you to repurchase your original shipping tariff in order that we can resend the shipment to you.


Please note that we accept no liability for the return until it is delivered back to us.


Any delivery guarantee originally purchased does not cover this type of issue.
