When you originally place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and confirming your ordered items.
You will subsequently receive an email as and when the status of that order changes as it passes through our system. The final status of an order is shipped and once you receive an email confirming this status you can be assured that the goods are physically en-route to you.
If applicable, a tracking number will be included in your shipment email and is also be available to you by logging into your account and viewing the order.
