Shipping guarantees are our promise to you that you will receive your goods.  Guarantees cover loss, theft and interceptions, which can occur for a variety of reasons.


Delivery guarantees come as standard with our tracked shipping services but are not available with standard or untracked mail services.


Guarantees must be purchased, by way of a tracked shipment, at the time of purchase.  They cannot be purchased post shipment and then backdated.


Please note that guarantees do not cover shipments which are undelivered due to erroneous delivery information, delivery dispute instances or shipments which failed to be collected and were subsequently returned to us. They will also not cover instances where the usage of a fake name has prevented the collection of an item.
