To give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us, we guarantee to credit you for any item you are not totally happy with, if returned in accordance with our Returns Policy which can be viewed here.


If you've received goods that are physically damaged upon receipt then please follow the steps outlined here.  You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery of any physical damage.  After this period has expired, the delivered goods are deemed to have been found satisfactory and unconditionally accepted.


  • Please raise a support ticket quoting your order number and a description of the issues
  • Please include images of the outer packaging, interior packaging and the products damaged within your ticket
  • If your issue is approved then please send the damaged goods and SeedPod, complete with packaging to the address provided here

Please note that we must receive the original goods back with us in order to process the claim.

The cost of returning damaged goods will be reissued to you (upon provision of a postage receipt) as a credit to your store account.


We do not refund payments for damaged goods but rather credit your Bonza Seedbank account with either the value of the damaged goods.  


Within the UK items should be returned via First Class Recorded Delivery. Overseas, items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service with a signature required service.


Finally, we must receive the goods back with us within 28 days of the date of complaint.
