We understand that sometimes things happen which can cause you to rethink your purchase and that's absolutely fine.  This article deals only with change of mind returns and exchanges and does not cover damaged or imperfect goods.  You can find articles relating to those topics elsewhere within the portal.

We're always happy to work with you to make returning goods simple.  We just ask you to the meet the following three conditions and follow the easy return instructions:

Return Conditions

  • Please do not open the package.  If you have already done this then you must take care not to break the tamper evident seals on your SeedPod. Returns must reach us with the SeedPod security tags in place and unbroken.

  • Your return must arrive back with us within 28 days of the original shipment date.

  • Please ensure that you open a support ticket prior to returning goods.  You must have received an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) before shipping the return. Failure to do this may result in your shipment not being accepted for return.

Return Instructions

  • Please create a support ticket specifying your order number and the reason for return.

  • Pack your unwanted goods in an appropriate package so they don't get damaged en route.

  • Ensure that your package is well sealed to avoid any possibility of losing the contents during transit.

  • Put your return address on the outside of your package so that it will be returned to you if, for any reason, there is an issue in delivering the shipment.


  • Ensure that you pay for the postage of your item.  We do not offer pre-paid or free returns.

  • We recommend always using a signature required service so that you have both proof of posting and proof of delivery.

  • Please note that we accept no liability for return shipments until they arrive safely back with us.  We cannot help with tracking or any other request in association with your return.

Providing the above conditions are met we'll be happy to accept the return and refund your payment (minus our original cost of shipment) or exchange the goods for you for another product or set of products.
