If you were expecting freebies and did not receive them then it is likely to be due to a miscalculation of one of the above criteria.

Bonza Seedbank monthly freebie offers are provided on a fair use policy of one per customer.  If you have ordered twice in quick succession then freebies will be provided only once. 

In the unlikely event that your frees seeds are incorrectly missing from your order due to a packing error then Bonza Seedbank reserves the right to replace them with an appropriate amount of loyalty points or store credit as a substitute for the error or to provide an alternative offer on your subsequent order with us.

We are unable to resend free seeds under any circumstance.
