In general if an item is in stock when you place the order then the goods will be automatically allocated to your order and we do usually have all items in stock.

In the unlikely event that we run out of a product, (which does happen from time to time) and we can’t complete your order, we will contact you straight away via a support centre ticket.


We can generally proceed in one of two ways:

  • by ordering the required item in (which will normally result in a lead time of 1-3 days)
  • by providing an alternative item which closely matches the characteristics of the original item


If it is not possible for us to to source the item for some reason e.g; it has been discontinued by the manufacturer and there is no alternative product that you would like to exchange it for we will offer to refund the cost of that particular item for you.
